Our AI interior design tool operates as follows:

• Service fee: ₹59 per use via Razorpay
• Upload your room photos and receive AI-generated design suggestions
• No account creation required - instant download of generated designs
• Images processed and stored locally in your browser only
• No storage of your images or data on our servers

2.3 Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, we do not guarantee that our website or services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any service without prior notice.

3. User Obligations

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when:

• Contacting us for consultations or quotes
• Engaging our professional design services
• Using our AI design tool

Note: Our website does not require account creation. No registration or login is required to use our services or AI tool.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

4. Project Engagement Terms

Initial consultations may be provided free of charge or at a nominal fee. Following consultation, we will provide a detailed proposal outlining:

5. Payment Terms

• Payment required before generating AI design suggestions
• All major payment methods accepted through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets)

5.2 Professional Design Service Fees

For professional architecture and interior design services:

• Fees determined based on project scope, complexity, and deliverables
• All fees clearly outlined in project proposal and agreement
• Payment terms negotiated per project

5.3 AI Tool Refund Policy

For the ₹59 AI design tool service:

• Payments are non-refundable once AI processing begins
• If technical issues prevent design generation, please contact us for assistance
• We may issue refunds at our discretion for genuine technical failures

5.4 Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store or have access to your payment card details. Razorpay complies with PCI-DSS standards for secure payment processing.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 AI-Generated Designs

For designs generated through our AI tool (₹59 service):

• You own the AI-generated designs once you've paid and downloaded them
• You can use them for personal or commercial purposes
• We do not store or claim ownership of your uploaded images or generated designs
• AI-generated designs are provided "as-is" for inspiration and may require professional implementation

6.2 Professional Design Services

For professional architecture and interior design services:

• Designs remain our intellectual property until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the designs for the specified project
• We retain the right to use designs for promotional purposes (with your consent)
• Modification of designs requires our written consent

6.3 Website Content

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or display our content without permission
• Create derivative works from our content
• Use our content for unauthorized commercial purposes

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

7.1 Professional Standards

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill in accordance with professional standards. However, we do not guarantee:

8. Limitation of Liability

• We will deliver all completed work upon full payment
• Initial deposits and payments for completed work are non-refundable

9.2 Termination by Neeed

We may terminate services if:

• You fail to make payments as agreed
• You violate these Terms or project agreements
• You provide false or misleading information
• Continuation of the project becomes impractical or illegal

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access our services ceases immediately
• All outstanding payments become due
• Intellectual property rights revert to their respective owners
• Provisions that should survive termination (e.g., confidentiality, liability limitations) remain in effect

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement, including:

• Design concepts and plans
• Business and financial information
• Personal information
• Trade secrets and proprietary methods

This obligation continues for 3 years after the end of our engagement, except for information that:

• Is publicly available through no fault of the receiving party
• Must be disclosed by law or regulation
• Is independently developed by the receiving party

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Negotiation

In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation.

11.2 Mediation

If negotiation fails, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation before pursuing legal action.

11.3 Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neeed, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Information or materials you provide to us

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any project-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Neeed regarding the use of our services.

13.2 Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending email notifications for significant changes

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13.3 Severability
